LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A $5 million industrial project will be built just a few blocks away from the forthcoming Raiders stadium in Las Vegas, according to a spokesperson for the developer.

The project, called Diablo Triangle, will take up about 20,000 square feet at the southwest corner of Diablo Drive and Edmond Street, near Russell Road and Decatur Boulevard, Brass Cap Development said in a statement.

It will have room for two tenants, one of which will be Bleu Blanc Rouge, a French commercial kitchen.

Brass Cap already says it has nine projects either completed or in planning stages in the Las Vegas valley. A separate nearby project close to Russell and Edmond is slated for completion in August, according to the company’s website.
