LAS VEGAS – A new $28 million industrial project by Brass Cap Companies is underway in the fast-growing Southwest Las Vegas area nearby the new Raiders stadium and the Las Vegas Strip.

The Nevada State Industrial Park, located at the corner of Edmond Street and Russell Road, is under construction and will provide nearly 200,000-square-feet of industrial space in three buildings zoned for light industrial.

“The project is strategically placed with easy access to major highways, the Las Vegas Strip and Raiders stadium,” said Tim Castello, partner at Brass Cap Companies. “The location is perfect for any company that services conventions or Las Vegas Strip properties. Nevada State Industrial Park is in the middle of the economically growing Southwest Las Vegas area and is suited for manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce businesses.”

The industrial project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by June. The buildings are available for lease or sale. Brokers Dan Doherty and Paul Sweetland from Colliers International – Las Vegas have been brought on to handle the leasing or sale of the project.

“We believe this project will not only provide jobs to the area during the construction but for years to come as the spaces are leased to growing and forward-thinking companies,” said Castello. “We are looking forward to becoming partners with the community as this project helps increase economic development in Clark County.”
