Brass Cap Development, a leading developer of industrial space in the Las Vegas valley, broke ground on its latest project Bromigo, an industrial development located in West Henderson near Amigo Road and Bruner Avenue.

Bromigo is a concrete tilt up two-building industrial park that features one 78,489-square-foot building and one 75,992-square-foot building – both which can be divisible to 7,500 square feet. Situated on 10 acres, both Bromigo buildings feature 28-foot clearing heights, nine feet by 10 feet dock doors and 180-foot-long truck court.

With three other industrial projects in development in West Henderson, Brass Cap Development continues to see success in the area due to buyer’s high demand to be near the California Stateline, proximity to the growing nearby amenities and easy access to the I-15 Interstate as well as the 215 Beltway.

“Our developments in West Henderson continue to have a variety of benefits for business operators as the area provides a great foundation for successful and smooth logistic operations due to its desirable location in the valley,” said Jason Kuckler, partner at Brass Cap Development.

LM Construction Co, a Las Vegas-based construction company, is the design-build general contractor for Bromigo. Available for sale or lease, Bromigo is expected to be complete in Q4 of 2021.
