Brass Cap Development, an industrial investment company operating in the Western U.S., is looking to capitalize on the valley’s up and coming Stadium District, centralized around the Allegiant Stadium, with a brand-new project.

The new project, called Brass Diablo, is a roughly 22,000-square-foot industrial space at the southwest corner of Diablo Drive and Edmond Street able to accommodate up to two tenants.
