Brass Cap Development, a premiere industrial development firm, announced it fully leased and completed construction on its latest $5-million industrial complex, Brass Diablo located at 5401 W. Diablo Drive.

With more than 25,000 square feet of space, Brass Diablo features mezzanine space along with a 60-foot concrete dock apron. The entire complex was leased to Lagudi Fresh Food Group, a one-stop full-service food company.

Brass Diablo was designed and built by LM Construction Co. which used the Tilt Insulating Panel system that allowed construction crews to lift the warehouse walls in one day – a project that typically takes several days.

“The demand for industrial space remains high throughout 2021 and we expect it to remain strong for the foreseeable future,” said Larry Monkarsh, partner at Brass Cap Development. “The properties we have been developing are in key areas of Las Vegas’ submarket that features desirable amenities for owners and users alike who are seeking effective and successful business operations.”

Brass Cap Development has multiple industrial real estate projects in its pipeline totaling more than 50 acres throughout key submarkets in Southern Nevada such as Southwest Las Vegas and West Henderson.
